Because our items are handcrafted without parabens and harsh chemicals to preserve consistency in harsh temperatures, we encourage all customers to consider shipping times when ordering their products.

- We are approaching extreme hot temperatures along with national mail/shipping processing delays with the rise of the online shopping digital age. Each body butter is cured and frozen before it is shipped out to ensure it sustains the heavy handling of shipping processes. We process all orders in 1-3 days; most times same day or next day depending on ingredients in our inventory and how much product we have cured and refrigerator shelved. We encourage all customers to track their shipping to ensure that their products do not sit outside in the sun upon delivery; especially in this summer's heat. If any product has melted down, that's perfectly normal. Immediately place melted products in the refrigerator for a half a day to a day to revive the consistency of the whipped contents. After a day of settling in the refrigerator; the consistency is revived and products are ready for use. We've tested it. :)
